Polish your meeting notes

Raw meeting notes are written at the speed of conversation: fragments, abbreviations, half a decision captured mid-sentence. Nobody can act on that except the person who was in the room. A polish pass turns them into the summary your team can actually use — decisions first, owners named, deadlines explicit.

Natural, neutral polish for any draft. One word of input = one word charged, only when the rewrite succeeds.

Polished version
Your polished text will appear here. Facts, numbers and names stay exactly as you wrote them — that is the whole point of the tool.

Raw notes vs shareable notes

Raw notes record what was said, in the order it was said — including the twenty minutes of discussion that led nowhere. A shareable summary records what was decided, who owns it, and by when. That transformation is editorial work, and it is exactly what most people skip.

AI-transcribed meetings have the opposite problem: a perfect transcript nobody will read. Ten pages of verbatim dialogue is not a summary. The polish compresses ruthlessly toward the three things that matter: decisions, owners, deadlines.

Decisions and owners stay exact

This is where fidelity matters most. "Maya to send the proposal by Friday" must not become "the team will follow up soon". Names, dates, commitments and numbers are locked — the polish clarifies the language around them, never the commitments themselves.

Ambiguity gets flagged by structure, not invention: if your notes say "discussed timeline" with no outcome, the summary says exactly that — it will not invent a decision you did not record.

A two-minute post-meeting workflow

Paste your notes right after the meeting, while the context is fresh. Polish once, then scan the output for the decisions list — if a decision you remember is missing, your notes missed it, and now is the time to add it.

Send the summary to attendees the same day. The half-life of meeting clarity is about 24 hours; a summary sent Friday about a Monday meeting is archaeology.

Questions

My notes are bullet points and fragments — will it work?

Yes. Fragments are ideal input; the polish expands them into complete, clear sentences without inventing content.

Will it keep action items and owners exact?

Yes. Names, deadlines and commitments are preserved exactly — the most fidelity-critical part of the whole pass.

What if my notes are confidential?

Your text is processed to produce the rewrite and is not published or shared. For highly sensitive material, check your company’s AI-use policy first.

Can it handle notes from a long workshop?

Yes, though very long transcripts polish best in sections — split by agenda item and polish each, then combine.

How much does it cost?

The first 1,500 words are free with no sign-up. After that, word packs start at $9.99 for 20,000 words — one-time, and they never expire.
